On November 10th, the Berlin-based rage wave sensation "Gewalt" will release their eleventh single "Trans / Monika in Scherben" via Clouds Hill. With this single release and almost 2 years after the release of their debut album "Paradies," the Berlin/Vienna quartet consisting of 808, Helen Henfling, Jasmin Rilke, and Patrick Wagner announces their second studio album "Doppeldenk." It will also be released on Clouds Hill in mid-2024. Both songs, in their distinctiveness, are undoubtedly the most digestible offerings Gewalt has presented so far. Both are hits. While "Monika in Scherben" tackles a violent shoegaze idea and creates a "soul-tearing epic," the band has successfully crafted a post-punk, industrial, rock 'n' roll gem with "Trans."

If it weren't for all her books about the American "Umvolkung" of Europe, the rewriting of World War history, and manipulated refugee flows, which find resonance primarily among right-wing extremist clientele. The film allows us to empathetically approach her exceptional existence beyond the controversy and freak history. And through that, to learn for a truly open, egalitarian society.
